ADAM CHEZ
Managing Partner
Adam Chez directs operations, strategy and capital markets at Continuum. Adam serves on the Investment Committee where he leads the firm’s real estate acquisition and development, asset and property management activities. Adam is a young veteran of the managed healthcare industry, using his experience to build relevant care-based services in the physical and digital healthcare space.
IAN KAMINSKI
Managing Partner, General Counsel
Ian Kaminski is a Managing Partner and serves as General Counsel for Continuum. In additional to overseeing all legal affairs for Continuum, Mr. Kaminski leads the firm’s business development activities and is responsible for sourcing new investment transactions and oversees the asset management of the firm’s portfolio including the acquisition, disposition and management of assets.
AARON TORRES
Chief Building Engineer
Aaron Torres serves as Continuum’s Chief Building Engineer. Aaron has more than 18 years of experience driving successful operations, service, and maintenance for commercial medical facilities and systems. Aaron’s expertise lies in performing all facets of building operations, system service and repairs, and capital project management for commercial buildings. Aaron is responsible for the day to day optimization of the performance and functionality of the commercial facilities that Continuum has managed.
JON NEWMAN
Vice President Operations
Jon Newman is the Vice President of Operations for Continuum and its affiliates. Jon has more than 23 years of real estate development and management experience. Mr. Newman oversees all property management functions of the firm’s real estate portfolio, while supporting due diligence, project feasibility, project management and construction.
JEFF SELLERS
Project Manager
Jeff is Continuum’s head of construction and development and is responsible for day-to-day management of Continuum’s projects in the Eastern half of the U.S. Prior to joining Continuum, Jeff was Vice President, Construction for Delaware North where he oversaw all construction projects for Delaware North’s global hospitality business.
